OPPORTUNITY + APPROACH

The mtn hive team came to 970 Design with a problem. Housing nation-wide is an issue, but nowhere more so than right here in the Eagle River Valley, where we call home. Mtn hive also had the solution, build a modern coliving space with affordable housing for local Eagle County Residents. mtn hive is a housing collective, that is all about co-living. This would provide the valley with several hundred new homes. But they have and uphill battle, not only to build the space, but to win the hearts and minds of the local business and residents that call Edwards CO home.

970 worked with the team to create a brand, brand strategy, content, and website and guided them to a strategy to help introduce this concept to the community.
