970 Design is looking for a contract animator to help us bring some of our brands to life. The first project would be for a rebranding a hotel in Jackson Hole. Animations will be for social, website and potential for onsite environmental activations down the road. The word mark and visual styles we developed for this brand are primed up for an animator. We have included some possible directions but ultimately just looking for someone that can make the brand look really cool. Is that you? If so, we can provide all files needed in any format..
What we expect
We are looking for a creative that wants to run with our foundation. You will be consulting with the designers and a creative director, but we aren’t going to be providing frames or storyboards. We are looking for someone with both the production skills and creativity. After all, hopefully you have been doing this a while and know what is going to make us look awesome.
What we’d like to see
- Your portfolio or reel of previous work (website is ok)
- Brief description of your creative proposal and process. Format can be written, visual, etc – whatever works best to communicate an idea without investing extensive time.

970 Design would ideally like to start seeing some animations by November 20th to begin implementing into the website. Over time we might have more ideas as well and can continue adding to the mix. We are flexible in working with your timeline and can prioritize deliverables as needed to make the project happen.
Compensation will depend on your experience and the total list of deliverables. Happy to pay between $60 to $100 an hour (if you are fast).
- You will notice on the web designs there are hashes down the side of many of the pages. We need to bring those to life.
- We also want various explorations with the work mark, brand mark and the pattern for social media and email marketing.
Down the road Deliverables:
- There are 16ft wide tvs in the space. Perhaps a brand activation on screen in the space would be great.
- Paid digital advertising animations for display, social media ads and email marketing
- Creative Kick-off – Meet with 970 Design creative team for a kickoff session
- Story Boarding – Provide 970 Design with some concept ideas (visual or written). Storyboards, keyframes, similar examples are all acceptable
- Two rounds of revisions – 970 Design would like the option for at least two rounds of revisions.
- Project Delivery – Deliver package of files digitally.

Quickly outgrowing our small biz britches, 970 Design is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager oversees client relationships and projects within the agency. You will serve as a client advocate and serve as the primary point-of-contact for some clients, and also work as an advisor and strategist for the 970 Design team.
This position ensures our clients receive exemplary customer service while remaining profitable, mission-focused, and growing. They take responsibility for assembling teams, crafting a strategy, identifying new opportunities, while tracking the new and changing scopes of work.
Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of client relationship management at a creative agency or in a high pace marketing environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Be part of an innovative team and own a portfolio of current client accounts. Continually building on, understanding and uncovering business goals and building client relationships.
- Support and grow client relationships via regular check-ins and collaboration with client and production teams; Complete all related deliverables necessary to ensure outstanding client service in a timely and insightful manner.
- Advanced communication skills when working with both clients/prospects and internal teams, with the ability to receive and respond appropriately to feedback and requests with impeccable follow-through
- Prepare thorough and persuasive emails, proposals and contracts, and other documents to drive client sign-on and new business.
- Develop knowledge of clients’ business, competitive challenges, and how key strategic issues could impact client/agency objectives.
- Work closely with Owner and Creative Director fully informed of account challenges and opportunities.
- Partnering with the Client and Media Services team by ensuring successful onboarding of new clients and team members, implementing processes, and ensuring a cohesive client experience.
- Developing a strong relationship with clients and acting as a go-to person for day-to-day questions related to paid search campaigns and initiatives.
- Regularly leading or contributing to client meetings, offering points of view, recommendations, and ideas for optimizing campaign performance and media budgets.
- Driving client retention on assigned accounts and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
- Illustrating an ability to connect paid search strategies back to larger client business objectives, collaborating closely with Client Strategy to build a holistic media plan and performance story.
- Assign budgets to projects whether new leads from new clients or new projects within existing clients

The Graphic Design Intern will assist in a range of design projects . This position will be an integral part of the team, working on design projects from concept to production and final execution. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for design and is eager to learn more.
So what will you be doing?
- Design Print & Digital collateral with the help and oversight of the team
- Generating creative concepts for digital and print including advertising, catalogs, materials for events, packaging design, etc.
- Be hands-on from design through execution of materials with the oversight of designer
- Website Populating
You will need these skills:
- Strong Graphic Design Skills
- Punctuality and deadline follow-through
- Proficient in color theory, composition and typography
- Organized mentality, able to keep google drive organized when working with client files
- Ability to wear multiple hats and pivot depending on arising needs
We work Monday to Friday (although sometimes it is more and sometimes less). This position should take 20 to 30 hours per week. Initial pay will be hourly.
