OPPORTUNITY + APPROACH

Outland came to 970 with quite a task, creating a parent brand for two differently unique businesses living under the same umbrella. Outland offers services not provided by any other company in the Valley. In the winter, Outland provides ice and snow removal from roofs as well as snow clearing and in the summers, they remove dead trees or clear trees that may impact the surrounding areas. The 970 team was able to brainstorm a solution to this problem with a name that enveloped all the traits of the business, Outland Mountain Services. Outland is rugged, they are outdoor pioneers that have the knowledge and strength it takes in order to get the job done. We developed two different icons for each season and we’re able to combine those to create a parent icon for the business as a whole.
